New Paltz!

Yay! It’s almost time for one of my favorite shows: The Woodstock/New Paltz Art and Craft Fair. It’s the weekend that, when I was younger, meant the end of summer. Labor Day signaled that school is starting and the fun is over. But now that I’m grown up, it’s the start of my favorite part of the summer: warm days, uncrowded weekends and one of the country’s best Craft Fairs!

I love selling my jewelry person to person. It’s the only way I do it: the good old fashioned I-make-it-and-hand-it-right-to-you kind of relationship. I love it and I hope you’ll come out to the show on Labor Day weekend and enjoy it too!

The weather forecast is great, temps in the 70s with sunny skies. What more could we ask for? So come on out and look for my booth in its usual place near the entrance to the Big Tent A. I’ll see you there!

Sunapee!

It’s not long until the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Fair at Sunapee state park, and I can hardly wait. The summer’s been a fun one for me, with a great mix of sunny days when I can take a swim or do a little windsurfing and lots of rainy days when I stay in my shop and make new jewelry for the upcoming shows, and I’ve been on a tear lately.

There’s only one way I sell the things I make: hand to hand. So please make plans right now to find your way to beautiful Mount Sunapee the first week of August, that’s Saturday the 5th then 9 full days, through the following Sunday the 13th.

Mount Sunapee is part of the Sunapee State Park, which has a 7 mile long beautiful, drinkable lake, so bring a bathing suit and plan to cool off after the show with a splash in the lake before hitting one of the many tasty restaurants in the area. (and maybe to admire the new piece of Silver jewelry you’re wearing!)

I’ll see you there!
